Building Surveys
Building Surveys are one of our core services. Malcolm Associates offer clients pre-acquisition technical due diligence surveys making sure that they are fully appraised and aware of any issues before committing to a purchase. This survey would typically look at the condition of the fabric and where necessary, we would arrange for other consultants, such as structural engineers, mechanical and electrical engineers, rot and damp specialists and asbestos surveyors to assist with our investigations and this allows the client to get a full understanding before committing investment.

Malcolm Associates carry out defects analysis surveys where clients are experiencing issues within their property. This can include investigatory works include opening up works and desktop studies.
